There’s another live outing for Drenge coming up, this time on Halloween.

Having played a hometown show of new material at Sheffield’s Rocking Chair venue in September, the Loveless brothers will be back in the city for a gig at the Leadmill on October 31st with support from Menace Beach and LOGS.

Drenge are slowly revealing their next move after releasing second album Undertow last year, which we described as a ‘masterclass in alluring menace’:

“Instead, this is their own personal challenge, a record of hideous beauty and power, the sound of a very fresh and deep wound on display to the world, as on the stunning ‘Standing In The Cold‘.”

“They have written something personal, a batch of songs that speak openly and honestly about issues that don’t just affect them, but actively hurt them. This feels less like catharsis and more like self-harm, these wounds are still very raw.”
