Documentaries on Creation Records, LCD Soundsystem and independent record shops will get special screenings starting later this month in support of War Child.

In partnership with independent cinema Everyman, War Child’s brand new Rockumentary Film Festival will screen Last Shop Standing, Shut Up And Play The Hits and Upside Down: The Creation Records Story in London, with crew Q&As planned too.

More screenings are to be announced, for now the full details are:

25/10: Last Shop Standing @ Everyman Screen On The Green w/ panel discussion chaired by Matt Everitt (BBC 6Music) featuring Nigel House (Co-owner Rough Trade Stores), Clint Boon (Inspiral Carpets & Radio X), Debbie Smith (Echobelly & Intoxica Records)

26/10: Shut Up And Play The Hits @ Everyman Muswell Hill w/ Al Doyle (LCD Soundsystem/Hot Chip) in discussion with Matt Everitt (BBC 6 Music)

01/11: Upside Down: The Creation Records Story @ Everyman Screen On The Green w/ Alan McGee (founder Creation Records) in conversation with Danny O’Connor (Director)
