A clip of the new Derrick Borte film London Town is on YouTube, featuring actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers onstage as legendary Clash frontman Joe Strummer.

The movie will use the music of The Clash and others of the era to look at contemporary teenage life at the start of Thatcher’s Britain, carrying a brilliant looking soundtrack which is set out below.

It opens at the IFC Center in NYC and Laemmle Monica Film Center in LA on October 7th.
