The latest series of Later…With Jools Holland is continuing to take shape.
Slaves stand out as a top booking for Tuesday, September 27th when they’ll be playing live along side other just-confirmed acts Barry Gibb, Norah Jones, Lisa Hannigan and Declan McKenna.
Jack White and Kings Of Leon got the new run underway earlier this week, airing tracks from their respective new albums ‘Acoustic Recordings‘ and ‘WALLS‘.
Meanwhile, Jamie T is the main guest due up next week when Madness, Beth Orton, Gallant and Rag ‘N’ Bone Man will also be performing.
Jamie T’s there having recently released his ‘Trick‘ LP – ‘a record full of authenticity, depth and cleverness‘ according to Live4ever:
“It’s no surprise, given the past, that the subject of mental health rises eventually to the surface; stark closer ‘Self Esteem‘ picks again at a scab which has always been present.”
