Band Of Horses are thinking well ahead as far as their new album is concerned and will be back in the UK in February 2017 for more live shows.

The group have two nights at the Shepherds Bush Empire this week, and in the new year play Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol before returning to London on February 23rd 2017.

Frontman Ben Bridwell gave an insight to EW into the recording of ‘Why Are You OK’, revealing a lot of work went on at home as he combined his life in a band with an expanding family.

“I didn’t have the opportunity, like I used to, to kind of squirrel away in some cabin or a beach house,” he said. “I work all night and then take them to school in the morning,. I’m the scariest dad in the school, I’m sure.”

“I didn’t want to just pander to our previous records or maybe even our most fruitful period. But at the same time I definitely attempted to tap into a lot of that stuff throughout.”
