Noel Gallagher has announced an outdoor show at Swansea’s Singleton Park for later this year when he’ll be joined by some brilliant special guests in the form of Frightened Rabbit, Gaz Coombes and Pretty Vicious.

Taking place on September 2nd, it’s likely to be one of Gallagher’s last live outings behind the 2015 second High Flying Birds album ‘Chasing Yesterday‘ as he continues work on a follow-up with producer David Holmes. Tickets are on sale this Friday, May 6th.

“David Holmes is producing it,” he told Belgian radio last month. “And I’m singing one song in the highest register I’ve ever got to in my entire life. It’s almost unenjoyable singing it.”

Gallagher also headlines Glasgow’s Summer Sessions at Bellahouston Park on Friday, August 26th when he’ll be joined by fellow British rock royalty Johnny Marr and Richard Ashcroft.

Biffy Clyro play the second night with Fall Out Boy, Wolf Alice and Cage The Elephant.
