There’s new music from Royal Blood up on YouTube, though you might already know it from the Vinyl television series soundtrack.

‘Where Are You Now?’ is something to cling to nevertheless as Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher remain elusive about their follow-up to the huge breakthrough of 2014’s self-titled debut album.

What turned out to be Motorhead‘s final tour last winter will be preserved on a new live album entitled ‘Clean Your Clock‘.

Released in May, the LP will be filled with tracks recorded during the band’s gigs at the Zenith in Munich, Germany on November 20th and November 21st last year, just a short time before they played their final shows the following month and frontman Lemmy‘s sad death on December 28th.

Paul McCartney will document his musical life since the break-up of The Beatles in 1970 on a 4CD, 67 track compilation album from June 10th.

‘Pure McCartney‘ is to start at Sir Paul’s debut solo album and follow a path through to the recent ‘My Valentine‘ and ‘Hope For The Future‘ records, as well as last year’s ‘Say Say Say‘ remix.

Blondie‘s Debbie Harry, former REM frontman Michael Stipe, The Flaming Lips and the Pixies led a tribute concert to David Bowie at Carnegie Hall in New York on March 31st.

According to the BBC, Debbie Harry conducted the crowd through a rendition of ‘Starman‘, while the Flaming Lips were typically colourful during their take of ‘Life On Mars‘.

Band Of Skulls have premiered their official video for ‘Killer‘ – the first single taken from new album ‘By Default‘.

The LP is out on May 27th, their first on BMG Recordings, after recording sessions at Rockfield Studios with producer Gil Norton. “It’s definitely a new era,” Russell Marsden has said.

Two UK radio stations spent the Easter weekend counting down their listeners’ favourite albums and tracks, with Pink Floyd and Oasis coming out on top.

Absolute Radio conducted a poll to find the Greatest Album Of All Time – a novel idea we’re sure you’ll agree – as Pink Floyd’s classic ‘Dark Side Of The Moon‘ collected the most votes. Oasis were at #12 and #13 respectively with ‘(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?‘ and ‘Definitely Maybe‘, and the Gallagher brothers were prominent too, to say the least, on Radio X’s own listener vote which wanted the Best British Song ever.

New Order have announced a brand new edition of last year’s ‘Music Complete‘ album.

‘Complete Music‘ is released on May 13th and will present alternate mixes of all eleven original tracks, most of which will be available on CD and download for the first time. New artwork is being provided by the band’s hugely talented, former Factory mucker Peter Saville.

U2 guitarist The Edge has offered another update on the band’s follow-up to 2014’s iTunes-bothering ‘Songs Of Innocence‘.

“Including a lot of my really rough demos – I’m not suggesting they’re finished, by any means – there’s actually 50 pieces of music that I’ve put time into,” he’s told Rolling Stone.

The Cribs have been asked to lead this year’s Camden Rocks all-dayer at the Electric Ballroom in London on Saturday, June 4th.

It’ll mark the Jarman brothers’ first London show since they played a sold out Camden Roundhouse last year, not long after the release of most recent studio album ‘For All My Sisters‘.

The full line-up for Glastonbury 2016 has been revealed.

Since tickets sold-out within the blink of an eye last October, the festival has been slowly but surely releasing information about its main places on the bill; confirming Coldplay, Muse and Adele as Pyramid Stage headliners, Jeff Lynne’s ELO for the Sunday tea-time slot and James as the opening act on the Other Stage.
