Motorhead’s final tour to be preserved on new live album

What turned out to be Motorhead‘s final tour last winter will be preserved on a new live album entitled ‘Clean Your Clock‘.

Released in May, the LP will be filled with tracks recorded during the band’s gigs at the Zenith in Munich, Germany on November 20th and November 21st last year, just a short time before they played their final shows the following month and frontman Lemmy‘s sad death on December 28th.

Speaking to Sweden’s Expressen a soon after, drummer Mikkey Dee confirmed Lemmy’s passing had signalled the end of Motorhead.

“Motörhead is over, of course,” he said. “Lemmy was Motörhead, but the band will live on in the memories of many.”
