Bruce Springsteen announces UK stadium shows

The UK can finally join in with Bruce Springsteen‘s ‘River’ celebrations.

The Boss is out performing his 1980 fifth studio album ‘The River‘ in full – as well as other select classics – with the E Street Band and is due to play two nights at Dublin’s Croke Park in May.

He’s now added UK outdoor dates, and arrives on May 25th for a show at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium. From there he moves on to Hampden Park in Glasgow on June 1st, Coventry’s Ricoh Arena on the 3rd and finally Wembley Stadium in London on June 5th. Tickets are one sale from Thursday, February 25th.

The current E Street line-up is: Roy Bittan – piano, synthesizer; Nils Lofgren – guitar, vocals; Patti Scialfa – guitar, vocals; Garry Tallent – bass guitar; Stevie Van Zandt – guitar, vocals and Max Weinberg – drums; with Soozie Tyrell – violin, guitar, vocals; Jake Clemons – saxophone and Charlie Giordano – keyboards.
