Yuck set third album ‘Stranger Things’ for release in February

Yuck are back with their third album ‘Stranger Things‘ confirmed for release on February 26th and the new single ‘Hearts In Motion‘ streaming below.

“‘Hearts In Motion’ is a song about how we deal with relationships,” singer Max Bloom says of the single. “We’re all just blasting through space on a huge rock, so what’s the point in maintaining a relationship? Is it all just doomed to failure, or is it the one thing that we should be holding on to the most in this world? Who knows!”

Recorded in London, Bloom feels the album represents the band ‘feeling better now than it ever has’. “We recorded the drums in a rehearsal studio by our house, which we’ve rehearsed at for ages,” he continues.

“Everything else was done at my parent’s house – in the same room we recorded the first record, which wasn’t an intentional thing. It’s just the only quiet space that we have access to in London!”

Yuck play the Moth Club in London on February 26th and 27th before heading out on a long tour of North America through March and April.
