Stereophonics and Faithless will undertake a dual headlining role at next year’s Isle Of Wight Festival.

“I love playing the Isle Of Wight Festival,” Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones says. “I got to steer the boat over last time. Captain of the ship and honked the horn! Only the captain gets to honk the horn. This will be our third time at the festival…I’ll leave my white suit at home this time though!”

The two bands will jointly top the bill on Friday, June 10th as the grand old festival prepares to celebrates its 15th year since returning from a long absence after the famous seventies crash and burn.

“We cant wait to return to play such an iconic festival for the second time,” Faithless adds. “We were proud to be part of its relaunch in 2005 and it’s an absolute pleasure to be invited back.”

It adds to a big month for Stereophonics who are playing their own outdoor show at the Cardiff City Stadium on June 4th.
