The Rolling Stones are celebrating 50 years since their classic single ‘(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction‘ went to number one in the US with a new video which can be seen below.

A special, limited edition numbered 12-inch version of the single is to be released by ABKCO Records tomorrow (July 10th), backed with the track’s original US and UK b-sides – ‘The Under Assistant West Coast Promotion Man‘ and ‘The Spider and The Fly‘ – and with David Bailey’s artwork recreated.

Meanwhile, the band are said to be ‘dumbfounded’ at the decision to remove a poster promoting their forthcoming Saatchi Gallery exhibition Exhibitionism (pic) from the London Underground as it is ‘too risqué and suggestive’.

“We are dumbfounded and perplexed at this rather silly decision,” a spokesperson responded. “Perhaps something to do with the fact that it’s the Rolling Stones and controversy still seems to follow them everywhere.”
