A live album lined up for Record Store Day 2015 by Pulled Apart By Horses will be the last release from the band to feature drummer and founding member Lee Vincent.

“Life has pulled me in a different direction to my fellow Horses and the life of a touring musician just isn’t for me any more,” Vincent says. “I’m immensely proud of everything we’ve achieved and the music we’ve created together, and I look forward to witnessing the next phase of PABH with my good friend Tommy filling the drum stool.”

Pulled Apart By Horses will release ‘One Night In Heaven’ on April 18th, on 12″ vinyl and limited to 500 copies. It’s a recording of the band live at London’s Heaven venue in November last year.

From there new drummer Tommy Davidson, once of Department M, These Monsters and Dinosaur Pile-Up, will take over in time for live commitments which start with an appearance at the Are You Listening? event in Reading on the same date as Record Store Day.

“I’m over the moon to have joined Horses,” Davidson remarks. “The boys are like brothers to me so any excuse to hang out with them even more is gladly welcomed. We’ve already got stuck in with writing some new tunes which is really exciting. I’m also buzzing about all of the gigs and festivals that we’ve got coming up over the next few months. I have a feeling we’re gonna have a lot of fun!”
