Bookmakers Paddy Power have installed AC/DC, Florence & The Machine and Foo Fighters as their new favourites to headline Glastonbury 2015.

AC/DC’s Brian Johnson and Angus Young both seemed cool on the idea of the band topping the Pyramid Stage when interviewed last year, but that hasn’t stopped Paddy Power installing them as 6/1 second favourites behind Foo Fighters, whose frontman Dave Grohl has been far more receptive to the idea of headlining Glastonbury for the first time.

Florence & The Machine have odds of 8/1 while Oasis, despite constant denials of a reunion from Noel Gallagher who has a year or more of solo commitments ahead of him, nevertheless still have odds of 12/1.

One name not among the front-runners as far as Paddy Power are concerned is Coldplay, despite the usually very accurate eFestivals site being confident enough to have the band listed as ‘To Be Confirmed’ for what could be their last visit to Worthy Farm if a much rumoured hiatus or even split comes to fruition.
