Palma Violets will support Independent Venue Week with two shows shortly before they start a stint on the road as this year’s NME Awards Tour’s main attraction.

To lend their hand to the initiative, the band play Scunthorpe’s Lincoln Imp venue on January 30th with Ming City Rockers and then head south to the Sebright Arms in London a day later for a show with Good Sad Happy Bad.

Palma Violets then have a little break before the NME tour launches in Sheffield on February 19th. They’ll be on a pretty exhausting looking bill with Fat White Family, The Amazing Snakeheads and Slaves before heading to South By Southwest in March.
