Mark Lanegan to release ‘Phantom Radio’ remix album

A Thousand Miles Of Midnight‘ – an album comprising remixes of tracks from ‘Phantom Radio’ and its accompanying ‘No Bells On Sunday’ EP – has been set for release by the Mark Lanegan Band on February 23rd.

UNKLE, Earth, Moon Gangs, Moby, Tom Furse, Pye Corner Audio, Thomas Barfod, Mark Stewart, Greg Dulli and Soulsavers have all been asked to provide their slant on the 2014 releases by Lanegan, who says:

“I thought these tunes would lend themselves to remixing and that it would be interesting to hear what other artists might make of them. All the people who did remixes are musicians whose work I greatly admire.”

The Mark Lanegan Band tour the UK later this month, starting in Glasgow on January 20th.
