Noel Gallagher has confirmed an appearance at the Royal Albert Hall in London next March when he will, finally, have his second solo album ‘Chasing Yesterday‘ on the shelves.

The show has been arranged as part of the 15th anniversary celebrations of the Teenage Cancer Trust concerts, and will see Noel’s High Flying Birds joined on March 28th 2015 by special guests Future Islands.

“Who’d have thought that after 15 years we’d be gearing up for another stint at the greatest venue in the world for Teenage Cancer Trust?,” Gallagher remarks. “Thanks to everyone, the bands, artists, comedians for all your continued support, and maximum respect to you the people for making it all possible. See you on Saturday 28th March!”

As the statement suggests, Gallagher has been a long supporter of the charity helmed by Roger Daltrey, and in 2013 was handed the reigns by The Who frontman for one year when he took part in a hands across the Britpop water moment in performing ‘Tender‘ with Blur‘s Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon.
