The View have announced tour dates for March and April 2015 having confirmed they are working with Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. on a new album.
“I would say that this is the closest sounding to our debut album ‘Hats Off To The Buskers’,” frontman Kyle Falconer has remarked. “We’ve kept this album quite raw whilst recording so that we will have the ability to play it live as well, if not better, as it sounds on the record.”
It’s expected to be released around the same time as the tour, which starts on March 27th next year at the Glasgow Barrowlands. They’ll also play Aberdeen and Inverness before heading south, but return to Scotland for the final night on April 10th at the Liquid Rooms in Edinburgh.
