On November 17th an expanded, remastered version of The Jam‘s fourth album ‘Setting Sons‘ will be released on various formats.
Super deluxe and deluxe editions are packed with demos and live tracks, including a previously unreleased concert from the Brighton Centre in December 1979. Amongst the other goodies which will be available is a hardback, 70-page book featuring memorabilia, magazine cuttings, reviews and rare photos.
‘Setting Sons’ was originally released towards the end of 1979 and, after the now-classic ‘All Mod Cons‘ had returned them to favour a year earlier, cemented The Jam’s status as the biggest band in Britain at the time.
