Around a year on from Tribes‘ split, frontman Johnny Lloyd is revving up a solo career and has premiered a video for the new track ‘Oldest Man On Earth‘.
Lloyd will also support Jamie T on the second of the London songwriter’s gigs at Alexandra Palace, this after the pair worked together on Jamie’s comeback album ‘Carry On The Grudge‘.
It was November 2013 when Tribes revealed they were throwing in the towel after two studio albums. “We are sad to announce that we will no longer be writing and performing together as Tribes,” they said on Twitter. “Thank you to everyone who supported us along the way. We are proud of what we achieved together. You gave us the best four years of our lives so far.”
