Embrace will be headlining up in Scotland this weekend when the latest Dunfermline Live festival takes place on October 18th.

“Whenever we play in Scotland there’s always a real buzz,” the band’s frontman Danny McNamara has said. “The fans in Scotland seem to be noisier than anywhere else so we’re really looking forward to playing at Dunfermline Live.”

Embrace are leading a bill which also includes the likes of King Creosote, Eugene McGuinness, Dexters, The Merrylees, Vigo Thieves, Neon Waltz, Modern Faces and The Moon Kids. Tickets are priced at £20.

“When we got asked to headline the festival it was a no-brainer really and we’re really looking forward to coming,” McNamara continued. “There’s Embrace fans coming from London, from Yorkshire, from all over so it should be good. We love playing in Scotland. T in the the Park is always brilliant for us. Two of my three favourite gigs we’ve ever done were at T in the Park so it’s always amazing when we play there.”
