Elbow, Kasabian go home happy from 2014 Q Awards ceremony

Kasabian were crowned ‘The Best Act In The World Today’ at yesterday’s (October 22nd) 2014 Q Awards ceremony, while Elbow picked up Best Album thanks to ‘The Take Off and Landing Of Everything‘.

Kasabian were also named Best Live Act, and elsewhere Ed Sheeran won Best Solo Act while Paolo Nutini went home with the Best Track gong courtesy of ‘Iron Sky‘.




There wasrecognition for Pink Floyd‘s ‘Dark Side Of The Moon‘, which won the Q Classic Album Award, and Johnny Marr who was the recipient of the Gibson Les Paul Award.
