Play Ball‘ has become the first track to be lifted from AC/DC‘s new album ‘Rock Or Bust‘, due on December 1st. Scroll down to have a listen.

The album – the successor to 2008’s ‘Black Ice‘ – was recorded during the spring of this year at the Warehouse Studio in Vancouver with producer Brendan O’Brien.

For the first time in their over four-decade long career, this was done without guitarist Malcolm Young whose family sadly confirmed last month that he is suffering from dementia, this the reason for his departure.

Young’s leaving and illness had initially sparked speculation that the band could end altogether, but instead Stevie Young – nephew of Malcolm and his younger brother Angus – was brought on board for the recording sessions and is now set to join the band on tour when they hit the road on the back of the LP’s release.
