‘Ryan Adams‘ is following 2011’s ‘Ashes & Fire‘, and there’s UK dates ongoing and continuing tonight (September 19th) at the Shepherds Bush Empire in London. Further shows at the Manchester Albert Hall on the 24th and Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall on the 25th are also due before a much busier period of North American touring resumes in October.
“I’m too old to care who likes my records,” Adams told NME of his latest album. “It’s all bullshit anyway. People make judgements about records but the music is eternal. I like ‘Be Here Now’. I don’t even care if Noel Gallagher doesn’t like it, because you know what? I will take two bong hits and that record will blow my mind.”
