The BBC 6Music Live At Maida Vale sessions are returning for a fifth year next month with performances from Johnny Marr, James, First Aid Kit and more.
The digital station will host the gigs each day from Monday, October 6th to Friday, October 10th.
They are to be broadcast on 6Music, while those in the UK will be able to watch video footage via the BBC’s Red Button service.
“I can’t wait for October to come around,” host Lauren Laverne has said. “It’s going to be yet another brilliant year for the 6 Music Live at Maida Vale sessions with this amazing line-up which encapsulates the spirit of 6 Music.”
Johnny Marr will no doubt be showcasing his forthcoming second solo album ‘Playland‘, which is all set to follow the 2013 debut ‘The Messenger‘ on the same date as the 6Music sessions get underway.
