ryanadamswide1The new, self-titled album is out on September 8th, and Ryan Adams has now handed an official video to its lead track ‘Gimme Something Good‘. Watch it on Live4ever at this link.

‘Gimme Something Good’ opens ‘Ryan Adams‘, which has been self-produced and follows 2011’s ‘Ashes & Fire‘. Adams plays UK dates in support of the record at the Shepherds Bush Empire in London on September 19th, the Manchester Albert Hall on the 24th and Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall on the 25th, while a much busier period of North American touring is already underway but will primarily take place in October.

“I’m too old to care who likes my records,” Adams has told NME of his latest album. “It’s all bullshit anyway. People make judgements about records but the music is eternal. I like ‘Be Here Now’. I don’t even care if Noel Gallagher doesn’t like it, because you know what? I will take two bong hits and that record will blow my mind.”
