It might only be a couple of months since the release of their debut album ‘Weird Little Birthday‘, but Happyness aren’t hanging around and will put out a brand new EP on September 1st.
‘Anything I Do Is All Right’ will be available digitally and is being arranged with an eye on the band’s CMJ Festival appearance in New York that month.
In addition, a headline UK tour is planned for October, taking in shows in Sheffield, Huddersfield, Middlesbrough, York, London, Birmingham, Bristol and Leicester.
“Happyness are at their core a band whose songwriting principals are far more upright than at first they seem,” Live4ever’s ‘Weird Little Birthday’ review reads. “Mangling the past is harder to do, even the bits that now fly underneath everyone’s radar. Happyness are far more wholesome than a fridge full of entrails, and better for you as well.”
