Coldplay, Damon Albarn, Elbow and The Black Keys are some of the acts who have signed up to appear on the latest series of Later…With Jools Holland when it kicks off on the BBC later this month.

Each of those artists have new albums either already or soon-to-be released to promote, and will be performing live from 10pm on Tuesday, April 15th with an extended version again due to air each following Friday.

Also confirmed so far to appear on the the 44th run of the show are Kelis, St Vincent, Eagulls, Paolo Nutini, Joan As Policewoman and Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings.

Elbow will be promoting their recent ‘The Take Off and Landing Of Everything‘ LP, of which Live4ever’s review concluded: “This is the most Northern band in the world. They made craft ale to tie in with their album. They turned ‘Independent Woman’ into a cheeky xylophonic polka. They don’t need towering bombast or crashing cymbals to make music that touches you. Just warmth, and momentum, and organised silence.”
