Video: Jack White and Brendan Benson stage Raconteurs reunion in Nashville

There was a partial Raconteurs reunion in Nashville earlier this week, as Jack White joined Brendan Benson onstage during the Brendan Benson & Friends benefit show for the David Lynch Foundation at The Ryman Auditorium.

The pair aired their band’s debut album tracks ‘Steady As She Goes‘ and ‘Hands‘ (fan footage performances of which can be viewed below) as well as Benson’s solo cut ‘Good To Me‘.

Fans might not have to wait too much longer for a full blown Raconteurs return after Jack White revealed back in the summer that he had begun writing new material with the band along with new solo and Dead Weather work.

“We all live in Nashville now,” he told Rolling Stone. “All the Raconteurs and all the Dead Weather live in Nashville now, so we often go on trips together, because we’re all just good pals. We’ve recorded some things, too. And Brendan and the Raconteurs just built a new studio right in town, so it’s a lot of great inspiration going around.”
