Metronomy will follow-up their Mercury nominated third album ‘The English Riviera‘ in March next year.

Love Letters‘ is due for release on March 14th 2014 after recording sessions at London’s Toe Rag studios. Fans will have the opportunity to sample the new LP when the band perform gigs at the Old Market in Brighton on January 29th next year and at the Paris Maroquinerie two days later. The band will no doubt be hoping to receive another glowing report from critics after ‘The English Riviera’ became one of the most celebrated releases of 2011.

“It’s weird, I think I’ve learnt the difference between being confident in an egotistical way and being confident in what you do,”  frontman Joe Mount has told NME. “I was getting embarrassed and finding it difficult to sing things that I’d written without cringing.”

‘Love Letters’ tracklist:

‘The Upsetter’
‘I’m Aquarius’
‘Monstrous’
‘Love Letters’
‘Month Of Sundays’
‘Boy’
‘Racers’
‘Call Me’
‘The Most Immaculate Haircut’
‘Reservoir’
