Video: Arcade Fire play new tracks on short concert film Here Comes The Night Time

Arcade Fire have performed several new tracks due to appear on their ‘Reflektor‘ album during a special mini-concert movie which was filmed after the band guested on the opening of the latest season of Saturday Night Live in the US last weekend. Have a watch of the Roman Coppola-directed Here Comes The Night Time below.

New tracks such as ‘Here Comes The Night Time‘, ‘We Exist‘ and ‘Normal Person‘ were aired during the film, which includes cameo from Bono, Michael Cera and Ben Stiller.

‘Reflektor’ is released next month, and has been previously described by Win Butler as showcasing a sound which will ‘surprise people’.

“I never wanted to be in a band that couldn’t play whatever music we wanted to and I think that every record has been a project itself and some of the stuff on this record is really going to surprise people – it’s even more different than ‘Reflektor’ I would say,” he told BBC DJ Zane Lowe.
