Miles Kane has premiered the video for his new single ‘Give Up‘, which leads a four-track EP that also includes ‘Woman’s Touch‘, ‘The Competition‘ and the aforementioned video, and is due for release next month. The promo can be viewed below.
‘Give Up’ is the result of sessions with Kid Harpoon and The Lightning Seeds‘ Ian Broudie – the former on co-writing duties and the latter behind the production desk – and will get a release via iTunes on February 24th, with a physical 7″ version arriving a day later.
The track is expected to feature on Miles’ second solo album, set to arrive later this year.
“I wanted the energy and positivity that I’ve felt in the past 18 months to be reflected on the new album – to make it upbeat and uplifting, and to me that’s exactly what ‘Give Up’ does,” Miles has said of the song. “It doesn’t mess around.”
