‘Sugarplum’ joins a lengthy list of singles to be taken from the Dan Carey and Clive Langer produced record, following ‘Lion‘, ‘Thunderbolt‘, ‘Shotgun‘ and ‘Harlequinade‘.
After a recent spot supporting The Temper Trap in London, Eugene McGuinness will head out on his own short headline tour later this month, beginning at the Liverpool Academy on November 11th. A visit to the Sheffield Leadmill is due a day later, followed by gigs in Bristol (13th) and finally London at the 100 Club on November 14th.
A busy year for the London-based songwriter has also included covering the Lana Del Rey track ‘Blue Jeans‘, which was unveiled shortly before the arrival of his second solo record in August.
