Hot Chip will return with their fifth studio album in June.
The follow-up to 2010’s ‘One Life Stand‘, ‘In Our Heads‘ will comprise eleven new tracks recorded and produced by the band in London.
The record is due for release on June 11th in the UK and is described as an ‘unadultered delight of an album bursting with dynamic dancefloor-movers, instant yet enduring hooks and verbose synth-fuelled love songs’.
The album will be supported with a series of European and North American tour dates later this year, which also take in a number of festival appearances. Beginning on June 15th at the Lovebox in London, the band will then stop off at the Sonar, Pitchfork Music, and Bestival events throughout the summer, before resuming headline shows in Hamburg on August 10th.
