Grandaddy reform for September festival

grandaddyCalifornian indie band Grandaddy have reformed to headline the 2012 End Of The Road festival.

Grandaddy announce their split in 2006 citing financial difficulties following a 14-year career, but will now return to top the Dorset folk festival’s bill in September and have also promised more shows in due course.

Grandaddy hit a career high in 2000 with the release of their sublime second album ‘The Sophtware Slump‘, still one of the first genuinely classic records of this century.

Joining the band at End Of The Road will be the likes of Tindersticks, First Aid Kit and Beach House. More information is available at Endoftheroadfestival.com.
