Guns n Roses will return to the UK for an arena tour this May.
The band, currently working on new material following the long-awaited release of ‘Chinese Democracy‘ in 2008, will launch the UK jaunt, which forms a part of a wider European tour, at the Nottingham Capital FM Arena on May 19th. The usual arena venues in Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester will also be visited by Axl Rose and co, with a final date due at the O2 Arena in London on May 31st.
On April 14th, the ‘classic’ Guns n Roses line-up, including former members Slash, Duff MacKagan and Steven Adler, are due to attend the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame ceremony, when the group will be inducted along with The Faces/Small Faces, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Beastie Boys.
Tickets for the arena dates go onsale from this Friday (March 3rd) at 9am.
