Foo Fighters, Radiohead and Coldplay are amongst the rock acts leading the way for the 2011 Grammy Awards.
The heavyweight rock trio have received numerous nominatons in their specialist fields, though only Foo Fighters, with their cross-Atlantic hit ‘Wasting Light‘, have been recognised in the coveted Album Of The Year category.
Elsewhere, Bon Iver have landed a series of nominations following the release of their second, self-titled LP this year, with a mention in the Best New Artist section coming despite Justin Vernon and co releasing their debut back in 2008.
The 54th Annual Grammy Awards will be held at the Nokia Theatre, Los Angeles on February 12th.
