Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis has said their stage production “looks like we stole Las Vegas and brought it on tour” as they continue a large UK & Ireland arena tour throughout month.

Kiedis told BBC 6Music the launch of their tour, which took place in Dublin last week “felt better than I could have expected,” as the second show of a three-date stop in London goes ahead tonight (November 9th).

“It looks like we stole Las Vegas and brought it on tour,” he said on their stage design. “I am really looking forward to the shows and being in different countries and showing my son the world, he is going to come out on tour with me.”

Stops in Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield and Birmingham are also due to take place this month, with a massive outdoor UK jaunt set to follow next June. Beginning at the legendary Knebworth Park on June 23rd, Red Hot Chili Peppers will then move on to Sunderland’s Stadium Of Light on June 24th and Dublin’s Croke Park on June 26th.
