US megastars the Foo Fighters, currently in North America to promote ‘Wasting Light‘, joined Pink Floyd legend Roger Waters on US TV last night (September 27th) for a special rendition of the Floyd classic ‘In The Flesh‘, the opening track from the band’s 1979 album ‘The Wall‘.

The performance was part of Pink Floyd Week on the US chat show Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, and saw Waters taking up his traditional bass and lead vocal duties alongside Dave Grohl and co.

Jimmy Fallon’s week-long tribute to Pink Floyd will continue tonight when MGMT are due to perform ‘The Piper at The Gates Of Dawn‘ track ‘Lucifer Sam‘, with country singer Dierks Bentley set to give his take on ‘Wish You Were Here‘s title track on Thursday. A final cover, ‘Mother‘ by Pearl Jam, will close the string of tributes on Friday.
