Legendary British songwriter Kate Bush has released details of her new album ‘50 Words For Snow‘, which will be issued on November 21st.
Bush’s tenth studio album will have only seven new tracks, each described as being ‘set against the background of constant falling snow’, but a total running time in excess of an hour, and is to be released through her own Fish People label.
The LP, her first of entirely new material since 2005, follows the release of ‘Director’s Cut‘ in the May of this year. Comprising re-recorded and re-structured versions of tracks which originally featured on 1989’s ‘The Sensual World‘ and 1993’s ‘The Red Shoes‘, the record enjoyed largely positive reviews from critics and climbed as high as #2 on the UK Album Chart.
