Morrissey is to tour the UK this June, with support coming from Flats, Mona, hotly-tipped new band Brother.
The tour kicks off at Perth City Hall on June 15th, with support provided by Flats, who will also join Morrissey in Inverness, Dunoon and Grimbsy. In addition, Mona will play at Bradford’s St. George’s Hall and Cheltenham Centaur, while Brother appear at Dunfermline and Hawick.
After a break of seven years, Morrissey re-started his solo career with the acclaimed 2004 album ‘You Are The Quarry‘. ‘Ringleader of the Tormentors‘ followed in 2006, while ‘Years of Refusal‘ hit the top ten in the UK upon its release in February 2009.
In July, Morrissey will headline the annual Hop Farm festival, playing alongside the likes of Lou Reed and Patti Smith.
Tickets go on sale on March 14th.
