Arctic Monkeys have released details of their new album, which has been recorded in Los Angeles with regular cohort James Ford.
Entitled ‘Suck It and See‘, the album will be released on June 6th via CD, vinyl and download formats, and contains the recently unveiled ‘Brick by Brick‘.
The Sheffield band decamped to Los Angeles just a few months ago to begin work on the follow up to 2009’s ‘Humbug‘, and appear to stayed on schedule for the quick release they aimed for when sessions began.
A busy summer for the band lies ahead, with news of festival appearances at V and T in the Park joining their own large hometown shows at Sheffield’s Don Valley Stadium in June, where support will be provided by Alex Turner‘s Last Shadow Puppets bandmate Miles Kane.
