Radiohead’s New Album ‘All Up in the Air’ – Band Might Start Over

Radiohead is reportedly considering throwing out their new album after their drummer Phil Selway admitted to the Canadian press that “it’s all up in the air at the moment.

The band is scheduled to hit the studio on Monday (9/27) to continue work on their eight album and to go over the progress they’ve made so far. Selway and the band think they might have to “head back to the drawing board” with this one.

“We’ve been working on material on and off for a year now,” the drummer said. “We’re basically taking stock on Monday and seeing what we need to do with the material to move it to those final stages.”

He added: “We might get back together on Monday and after discussing stuff we might just throw this all out and say maybe we need to go back to the drawing board. Who knows, as I say, it’s all up in the air at the moment.”

The NME also reports that bassist Colin Greenwood revealed that the band had recently finished another group of songs and were thinking about how they would release them.
