The Bluetones will play their final gig tonight, bringing to an end a career which began in 1993 with their formation in London; the location of tonight’s last show.

The band announced the split back in March, releasing a statement which told fans: “We’re afraid the time has come and we must say farewell. After 17 years of touring and 6 studio albums, The Bluetones have decided that this autumn’s tour will be our last.”

The Holloways have become the latest band to announce their split today, following similar decisions recently by The Music and The Bluetones.
