Los Campesinos! frontman Gareth has admitted to ‘selling out’ after allowing their track ‘You! Me! Dancing!‘ to be used on an advert for Budweiser beer, but has said the band’s pangs of guilt have been eased somewhat because they haven’t yet seen a penny of the fee.

Los Campesinos! Release Free Download, New Tour Dates

Los Campesinos! have offered the opening track from their forthcoming album ‘Hello Sadness‘ as a free download on their official website, and have also unveiled a series of world-wide tour dates for November.

The song ‘By Your Hand‘ has been uploaded to their website, ahead of ‘Hello Sadness’ release on November 14th. The album’s release will coincide with a month long tour which is to take in dates at various locations across the UK and US, as well as a show in Tokyo on November 24th.

Los Campesinos! Announce New Album, Band Member Departs

Los Campesinos! will release their fourth studio album ‘Hello Sadness‘ on November 14th, it has been announced. The album has been recorded with producer John Goodmanson in Girona, Spain.

Commenting on the new record, the band described a bitter-sweet tale of ‘ten songs of love, loss and heartbreak.’

Writing on the band’s official website, frontman Gareth explained how he wanted to allay any frustrations by providing the impromptu progress report.
