Gorillaz Offer Fans Free Christmas Album for Download

Gorillaz front man Damon Albarn has announced that the next Gorillaz LP will be made available as a free download this Xmas.

The band’s fourth studio album was actually created on the singer’s  iPad during the recent US tour and will be available online on Christmas Day.

The world’s most famous bunch of cartoon weirdos performed a concert on the David Letterman Show last night. Gorillaz took the stage at the Ed Sullivan Theater accompanied by their string orchestra and played 9 songs which were made available via stream.

Set List: Kids With Guns, O Green World, Superfast Jellyfish, On Melancholy Hill, Empire Ants, Dirty Harry, Glitter Freeze, Feel Good Inc, Clint Eastwood.

Damon Albarn Thinks Gorillaz Glastonbury Show Was ‘Funny’

After receiving mixed reviews following their hastily arranged Glastonbury headline appearance this June, the animated band’s leader Damon Albarn has said he now finds portions of Gorillaz set ‘funny’.

Kings Of Leon, Muse Among 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards Nominees

Rock heavyweights Muse and Kings Of Leon have received three and two nominations respectively for this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards which are set to take place in Madrid, Spain on  November 7th.
