Coldplay will perform at the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Paralympic Games, it has been confirmed today.

Coldplay were the big winners in the specialist rock categories at yesterday’s (May 20th) Billboard Awards, on a night when Adele cleared up the ceremony’s main prizes.

Kings Of Leon‘s 2008 commercial breakthrough single ‘Sex On Fire‘ is the ninth biggest selling single of the 21st century to date in the UK, according to figures released today by the Official Chart Company.
