Run The Jewels have released RTJ4 on digital and streaming platforms.
The pay-as-you-want deal for downloads will put any proceeds towards the Mass Defense Program as the duo’s fourth studio album is unveiled with collaborations from Pharrell Williams, Zack De La Rocha, Mavis Staples, Josh Homme, 2 Chainz, Greg Nice and DJ Premier.
“F**k it, why wait,” they wrote on social media when unveiling the LP. “The world is infested with bullshit so here’s something raw to listen to while you deal with it all. We hope it brings you some joy. Stay safe and hopeful out there and thank you for giving 2 friends the chance to be heard and do what they love. With sincere love and gratitude, Jaime and Mike.”
RTJ4 has already been previewed with a couple of its essential tracks, The Yankee And The Brave and Ooh LA LA.
