Roger Waters will document his Us + Them tour with a concert film co-directed by Waters and Sean Evans.

The tour conclude last December after 150 shows over the course of nearly two years, the film dipping into it with footage of the four gigs played at Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome in June 2018. It’ll be in cinemas on October 2nd and 6th.

Live4ever caught the tour last summer when Waters headlined British Summer Time in Hyde Park; “Therein lies the tragedy behind the pertinent messages,” our review reads.

“When first written, the album Animals was essentially a comment on the decay of society and the descent of human beings into nothing more than, well, animals. Originally set against a backdrop of 1970s Britain, the themes and messages of Dogs And Pigs (Three Different Ones) work well in the 21st century.”

“In case the point is missed, all the tracks performed from Waters’ most recent album (Is This The Life We Really Want?) further emphasise the message (‘picture a leader with no f***ing brains’).”
