Peace return with new single From Under Liquid Glass

Peace

Peace have returned with a new single entitled From Under Liquid Glass which frontman Harry Koisser has described as ‘deeply personal’.

“I wrote the song during my most difficult spring in a long time,” he continues. “Peace have always been an explosion of happiness, but that isn’t reflective of every part of me or anyone for that matter, and this song, at it’s most zoomed out, demonstrates that polarity; you can still be a happy person and take a pasting from your demons.”

The track is supporting MQ Mental Health, and is the band’s first slice of new material since their second studio album Happy People was released in 2015.

“Although this song is deeply personal, it’s really for everyone as most people have had, come into contact with, or will have some degree of mental health issue in their lives,” Koisser adds.

“I’m pleased Peace are supporting MQ and their goal of transformating mental health through research.”

Peace are on the bill for next year’s Live At Leeds festival, and will also be playing Liverpool Sound City in May.
